Steps away from the vibrant center of historic Old Town and Scottsdale’s entertainment district, Scottsdale Shadows combines the amenities of a resort with the sophistication of upscale condominiums, while maintaining a safe and active environment which appeals to all ages.
Mission
Our mission is to preserve and enhance this vision through planning, communication, and strategic investment of resources back into the community, being responsive to residents’ input through their Association boards and working with them for these purposes
Community Management
RCI (Recreational Center, Inc.–not the time share company) owns and manages all of the Common Areas in Scottsdale Shadows and is the management company for each of the Associations. The seven homeowners’ Associations own RCI and govern it through a Board of Directors representing each Association.
